• Promptly pay you any undisputed portion of claim
• Not unreasonably delay or deny claims
• Not unreasonably resist liability by asserting comparative negligence
• Auto Insurance Companies should give same amount of consideration to the interest of its clients as it gives to its own interest.
• An insurance company should not deny a claim based on speculation.
• Individuals will be entitled to recover damages from the auto insurance companies for the unreasonable delay in providing benefits under a policy. They will be entitled to recover those damages from auto insurance companies even if the Auto Insurance Companies have paid the benefit under policy.
• If an Auto Insurance Company denies paying the claim, it should be supported by a valid reason.
• If an Auto Insurance Company unjustifiably denies to pay the claim, Auto Insurance Company will be liable to compensate the aggrieved party economically as well as non economically.
• An Auto insurance company must keep its client informed about the status of the claims of their clients.

• An insurance company must be honest with its client and third-party claimants.
